Refund policy

While we have strict quality checks in place, colour and print placements can vary from piece to piece due to the nature of the craft. But from time to time, we may make mistakes, we apologize in advance for that and we sincerely hope you give us a second chance. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image or description of the issue within 7 days from date of delivery. 

As we are a company that is concerned about the environment, and every return/exchange does add a lot of waste to the process, we would highly encourage you to make the right choice in terms of size, pattern etc. We are here to help you with any questions along the way.
